Takashi Murakami has made his name thoroughly known throughout the art world and when his art speaks, people listen. Murakami will be holding a comprehensive retrospective exhibit at the Brooklyn Museum on April 5th. According to the museum, “The exhibition © MURAKAMI explores the self-reflexive nature of Murakami’s oeuvre by focusing on earlier work produced between 1992 and 2000 in which the artist attempts to explore his own reality…” Be sure to check it out.

For example, when you change the volume, it releases a sound and vibration that mimics an old school radio. No plans to release this phone in the U.S. market have been announced yet, but it’s retailing in Korea for around $700-$800.

Big Shit is Poppin !!!!

  So yesterday was a tad bit weird.... Villa hits me up and is like " C !!! get me a camera man, Its about to go down !!! " So I ring up every member of the family trying to find a camera man, Kai's camera was in the shop, CD was at work, and blah,blah,blah....I hit up King just hoping he was back from his FHM shoot. To my luck he was,Villa swoops me up from the home front and we head to the Twelve. We hop out the whip and what do i see...besides a pimped out Maserati, a few 08 Corvettes, the freshest Jag ever and a host of other ballerific shit...got damn Slim from 112 and the Calhouns. Shi continued to get crazy as we rode out to Polly's house for a photo shoot for Slim and 8 ball. Shit was bananas. Every body need to cop Slim and Ball's new mixtape, Fatboy Slim the movie !!!
